These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our products and services. By placing an order or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1st delivery
Due to international shipping, the estimated delivery time is 25–30 business days. We ask for your understanding and patience regarding possible delays caused by logistics, customs, or local transport companies.

2nd payment
Full payment must be received before your order is processed and shipped. Orders will only be shipped after payment has been received.

3. Returns & Refunds
We accept unconditional returns and refunds under the following conditions:
Returns will only be processed after the item has been delivered and received by you.
You must return the complete package, including the product and original packaging.
We will only process the refund after receiving and inspecting the returned package.
The buyer bears the costs for the return shipment unless otherwise agreed.

4. General
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. Should any provision be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
